Parent involvement

We at Best Beginnings consider parents to be a child's first teachers and most important influence. This is why we encourage our parents to be fully involved in their child's Early Education by building a strong relationship with our teachers. This will help our teachers to discover more about your child's routines, interests, and skills and to plan classroom activities accordingly. We have an open house policy, so you may join us in all of our activities, be it a lunch with your child, a field trip, or parties and special events. You may also be a member of our regularly meeting Parent Advisory Committee (PAC). We welcome parent input as a valuable source for our curriculum and policy planning.

We understand that no choice is as difficult as the one regarding your child's wellbeing and education. We are proud that you have entrusted us with this important task and we would like for you to be our partner in this journey. Let's keep our lines of communication open through daily written notes or verbal communication, parent conferences, parent surveys, bulletin boards, newsletters, phone calls, and internet viewing.
